Faith along the way

God,

You are in control even if it seems completely chaotic.

You are my peace even if my heart is in turmoil.

You are my sunshine even if it seems cloudy and grey.

You are my joy even if it seems like the tears won’t stop falling.

You are my safe harbor even if it seems tumultuous.

You love me even if it seems others don’t.

You are with me even if it seems so lonely.

You hold my head above the waters even if it seems the storms will overtake me.

You are the answer even if it seems like all I have are questions.

You are my clarity even if it seems like I’ll never understand.

You are my calm even if it seems turbulent.

You put the pieces back together even if I feel broken.

You are my strength even if it seems I am weak.

You are my confidence even if I feel unsure.

You are my stability even if I feel a little shaky.

You are my straight path even if the way seems crooked.

You are my morning even if the night seems so long.

You are my solid ground even if it seems like I am standing on shifting sand.

I will still love you, Lord. Even if….

I will still trust you, Lord. Even if….

Friend, may the God of all comfort bring you peace and joy in the midst of your circumstance, whatever it may be. Oh, how He loves you.
